Oral Hygiene and Dental Therapy Qualifications – Dip.OHT (Adel)
Educated in Adelaide, Sarah attended TAFESA to complete an Advanced Diploma in Oral Health (Dental Hygiene) over 3 years and recently graduated in 2022. She previously worked as a dental assistant for 8 years.
Trained in a variety of dental streams, Sarah enjoys variety in her work providing care in dental hygiene with a particular focus in gum disease, teeth whitening, invisalign, conventional orthodontics and fissure seals. In addition to this she is able to take both analog and digital impressions for the fabrication sports mouthguards, nightguards, custom made trays and retainers.
She is a bubbly, honest, passionate, approachable and caring health professional who’s many philosophies are prevention is better than cure, dental function first over aesthetics, working collaboratively with dentists and specialists and treating patients holistically. You can be certain that Treatment with Sarah is comprehensive as she will go the extra mile to ensure her patient is comfortable, well informed and have all their questions answered.
In her spare time, Sarah keeps fit though social Latin dancing and teaching genres such as Salsa and Bachata.
