Smile Solutions is Australia’s largest dental practice in one location, with a team of over 80 clinicians, consisting of dentists, hygienists and 20 board-registered specialists.
Smile Solutions also boasts an auxiliary team of a further 150 members which make up the management, reception and nursing staff. The size of our practice allows us to afford the latest state of the art technology and all our clinicians have access to it, further ensuring our team is able to provide optimal care to our patients.

We are a multidisciplinary group, with our team consisting of over 80 practitioners, including board registered specialists, general dentists and hygienist/therapists. Our business prides itself on graduate dentist support and growth through a dedicated graduate dentist program carefully refined over the last 25 years.
General Dentists
We are a multidisciplinary practice serviced by an experienced team of general practitioners as well as a diverse group of board-registered specialists.
Our dynamic team of clinicians is enthusiastically supported by management, reception, and nursing staff, 25 of whom have been with our practice for more than 10 years.
Registered Specialists
Smile Solutions is a multidisciplinary practice serviced by an experienced team of general practitioners as well as a diverse group of board-registered specialists in the fields of oral & maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and paediatric dentistry.
Dental Hygienists
A career as a dental hygienist offers a wide range of challenges. Our hygienists and oral health therapists have a vast experience and a wide set oral health skills and interests, which they maintain with ongoing training and education.

Dental Assistants
The nursing department at Smile Solutions is made up of a large skill set and diversity. There is a strong emphasis on career development and learning across our multidisciplinary practice. We operate a supportive tight-knit team and conduct weekly meetings. Our nurses have the opportunity to be trained across the different areas of dentistry that Smile Solutions has to offer.
Receptionists
Smile Solutions offers challenging and rewarding opportunities within dental reception and administration. Being the first point of contact for our patients, the role of reception is significant in the success of the business. There are many avenues in which reception can lead including practice management, treatment coordination and further positions with in the vast management team.
