Calculations are based on repayments with Humm. At the time you make a purchase which is, or is to be, financed under this contract, you must pay us an initial payment (“first instalment”) inclusive of a $70 Establishment Fee (for 6, 12, 18 and 24 month plans only) and a Plan Management Fee of $8 for the instalment onto your nominated credit/debit card on which you set up your plan. A Plan Management Fee of $8 per month is applicable for for all treatment plans excluding 2.5 month plans (this is paid only once, regardless of how many concurrent contracts you have with Humm). Plan management fee is in addition to the fortnightly instalments. This does not warrant that the payment plan fees indicated in this calculator will be correct as at the day of your treatment and payment plan set up. Available to approved patients for all general, cosmetic and specialist dental care including orthodontics.

  • Patient must quote ‘CELIA23’ over the phone to a member of Smile Solutions staff, to claim.

  • Promotion valid on our 2023 Invisalign pricing. Any quote received prior to 2023 will be re-quoted with the 2023 pricing. Any quotes received after 2023 will be re-quoted with the 2024 pricing.
  • Payment plans will be processed through Humm with fortnightly repayments via credit/debit card (direct debit). Patients may be required to put down a deposit of up to 30%. Set-up fees of up to $70 and transaction fees of up to $8 per month will be charged by Humm.
  • Offer is not valid for patients who are already in treatment and/or who have signed an orthodontic agreement with Collins Street Orthodontics.
  • Any medical and dental procedure, including orthodontics and Invisalign, carries some inherent risk; we advise you to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified dentist or registered specialist orthodontist before proceeding.
  • Orthodontic/Invisalign treatment will only be performed by our orthodontists if it is deemed at the consultation visit that such treatment is required, and of benefit to the patient. Smile Solutions does not encourage and will not partake in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
  • Informed consent will be sought prior to the commencement of any treatment, and the patient and our treating orthodontist will discuss the outcome expectations of the patient prior to the commencement of any treatment.
  • Our treating Specialist Orthodontists will determine which course of orthodontic treatment is most suitable based on the patient’s previous orthodontic history, presenting dental condition, and outcome expectations.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer at Smile Solutions.
  • $1500 off Invisalign is only available on Invisalign Comprehensive. Express, Lite or Moderate Invisalign cases will receive 15% off. Traditional orthodontics will receive 10% off.
  • There is a $100 consultation fee with a specialist orthodontist which is in addition to the treatment cost.
  • Offer includes OPG and Lat Ceph X-rays which will be bulk billed by Medicare, or private health rebate only.
  • Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening at Smile Solutions will be provided at completion of your orthodontic treatment (valued at $375). Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening cannot be used separately and is only valid as part of this exclusive ‘CELIA23‘ Invisalign offer. In-chair teeth whitening offer not redeemable for cash.
